CAN ONE IMPROVE HIS/HER ENGLISH SKILLS?

One can definitely improve his or her English skills. Practise, practise and more practise. Practising on writing skills is very essential. Writing essay and reading books frequently can help improve one's English skills. The more you write, the more you will become fluent in your writing. Writing will not become something that you will whine about when you're doing it. It will somehow become part of your life, as most of the things you do requires some writing skills. In the process of improving one's english skills, motivation is also very important. Stay motivated, if not, you will become frustrated and thus give up. A quote: "Do something. If you don't do anything, you won't get anywhere. Make english your hobby, not a chore, but above all have fun!"
